- Open a crafting table
- Place the potion in any slot
- Place a sword or axe in another slot
- Take the infused weapon from the result slot
The weapon will show "Infused with [Effect]" in its lore. Next hit applies the effect to the target. 20 second cooldown after use. At level 100, infusions last 3 hits instead of 1.

Shift + right-click to activate. 3 minute cooldown.
While active, hitting enemies applies random debuffs: Poison, Weakness, Slowness, Blindness, or Wither (level 80+).
| Level | Duration | Effect Chance |
|---|---|---|
| 1-19 | 3 seconds | 50% |
| 20-39 | 4 seconds | 60% |
| 60-79 | 6 seconds | 80% |
| 100 | 10 seconds | 100% |
Strategy
Focus on brewing to level quickly. At 60, start crafting weapon infusions. Poison and Weakness work well in PvP. At 100, you can stack debuffs with 3-hit infusions and Alchemist's Fury.
